How big is it?
It's a full-body pillow made to cover the whole passenger seat, from the headrest down to the seat cushion. Check the product photos for the exact dimensions.
How does it work?
Recline your passenger seat a little, lay the pillow on it, sit down, buckle up as usual and sink in. Your seatbelt always goes across your body, never behind you or over the pillow.
Can I use it while driving?
No. Cloudride is made for passengers only. Never use it in the driver's seat, and always wear your seatbelt correctly across your body.
Where else can I use it?
On the couch, in bed, while reading or watching a movie… anywhere you want to get cozy, not just in the car.
How do I keep it fluffy?
Give it a good shake and fluff it with your hands after each trip so it keeps its round, cloud-like shape.
When will it arrive?
Production, shipping and delivery take about 4 to 5 weeks in total. You'll see your estimated delivery date before you buy, and you'll get tracking by email the day it ships.
What if it arrives damaged?
Message us with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No need to ship it back.
What's your return policy?
